Big News: Three To One Signs with Paul Crosby Management and Partners with ONErpm

We've been sitting on this one for a while, and we're finally allowed to say it out loud.
Three To One is officially working with Paul Crosby Management.
And at the same time, we're moving our music catalog over to ONErpm for distribution.
Two moves, one goal: get this music in front of a lot more people.
Why PCM
Paul Crosby has spent two decades in this business, and the thing that sold us wasn't a pitch — it was the network. Label contacts across the rock and metal world. Booking agent relationships. Tour and festival opportunities. Radio, press, podcasts, the whole machine that independent bands usually spend years banging their heads against.
We've been doing all of it ourselves. Booking our own shows. Building our own website and store. Cutting our own promo. Writing, recording, mixing, releasing. And we'll keep doing plenty of that — this band has never been afraid of the work.
But there's a ceiling on what five guys and a group text can reach. PCM is how we punch through it.
Over the next twelve months, Paul will be pitching us to labels, working booking and festival opportunities, chasing endorsements, and getting Three To One in front of the outlets that actually move the needle. We're going into this with clear eyes and realistic expectations — nobody's promising anybody a record deal. But we're now in the room, and that's a room we couldn't get into on our own.
Why ONErpm
Distribution is the plumbing nobody sees and everybody needs. It's how a song we track in a room in Tampa ends up on your phone in another country.
We're moving to ONErpm because they operate more like a partner than a pipe. Beyond just pushing the music to Spotify, Apple Music, and everywhere else, they bring playlist pitching, marketing support, YouTube and content monetization, and a data picture that actually tells us where our listeners are — which, for a band trying to figure out where to play next, is enormous.
What this means for you: nothing you have to do. The catalog stays up. The album's still there. Every single is still there. New music will just be landing with a lot more force behind it.
What's Next
More music. More shows. More comics. Same band.
We've got new material in the works, and this is the first time we'll be releasing it with a real team behind us instead of just grinding it out solo. That's a strange and very good feeling.
